( The fire was contained to the front left corner of the building and the
damage was minimal to the total number of assets destroyed.
95% of the assets are undamaged in terms of water damage,
however there is soot on EVERYTHING!
After meeting with the Bankruptcy Court Trustee on
Tuesday, September 8th, 2015,
the decision was made to sell the assets in BULK:
(one bid, takes the ENTIRE lot. Buyer must remove EVERYTHING
and leave building completely empty, including inventory, store fixtures, office furniture, EVEYTHING!)
