- BIDDING:
All
internet bids MUST be made by e-mail only at
vanhornauctions@cox.net.
- Bidding
will run for six days, beginning Thursday,
July 5th, 2007 At 10:00 am
(Pacific Daylight Time)
and will close,
Tuesday,
July 10th, 2007 At 12:00 pm (NOON) (Pacific Standard Time)
Any
bids received after 12:00 pm, (NOON) (PDT) will not be
considered a bid. The e-mail received, with the time stamp of 12:00 pm
(NOON) (PDT),
into the e-mail in-box of the auction house, will be the
final and awarding bid.
The time stamp is of the auction house computer. Remember this
is cyberspace and e-mails can take time to arrive.
- All
assets in the building will be sold as one lot with the exception of the
"Exterior Sign", which is NOT being sold!!
- Your
e-mail bid must be in US dollars and must include your name.
- Bidding
results will be monitored and posted on www.vanhornauctions.com
as received. Each bid will be posted immediately upon arrival and bidders
can track their bids by hitting the refresh button. Again, no bids will be
accepted after
12:00 pm,
(NOON) (P.D.T.)
- The
minimum and starting bid is $25,000.00.
- All
increasing bids must be in increments no smaller than $ 500.00.
- NOTE:
If you are the successful bidder, a 10% Buyers Premium will be added to your
purchase price, as well as sales tax of that state and county. Example: $60,000.00
(Successful Bid Price) + $6,000.00 (10% Buyers Premium) = $66,000.00 (Amount
Due) + $4,785.00 (7.25%
Sales Tax) =
$70,785.00 (Total Purchase Price).
- All
e-mail bids are considered legal and binding.
- The
“Winning Bid/ Purchase Price” will be the highest amount in U.S. dollars
at 12:00
pm, (NOON) (P.D.T.), Tuesday,

The “Winning Bid” will be subject to a 10% Buyers Premium and sales tax
of the above state and county.
- PAYMENT:
All
funds, including all fees, must be made IMMEDIATELY

- Removal
of assets will be scheduled by appointment only.
- Buyer
will be responsible for his/her own removal of assets…..trucking, tools,
boxes, man power, etc.
