VAN HORN AUCTIONS & APPRAISAL
GROUP,
is a full functioning auction house with the ability to provide our clients with auction proposals, contractual agreements, marketing and advertising campaigns, asset preparation and setup labor, sale day staff, check-out and removal personnel, security, bookkeeping, current auction and post auction reports.

Auction Proposals:
VAN HORN AUCTION GROUP will, at no cost to our client, inspect the
certain premises and evaluate the
assets required for auction. A proposal letter will be sent to the client with the
evaluation as well as the expenses required to conduct a successful public
auction sale. All expenses will be be incurred by VAN HORN AUCTION GROUP and
be re-paid from the gross proceeds of sale. There are NO out of pocket
expenses required unless otherwise agreed upon.

Contractual Agreements:
VAN HORN AUCTION GROUP will provide a written contract which fully states
the intentions of both parties and the services provided and/or not
provided. These contracts are signed by both parties, establishing a working
agreement between the two or more parties involved.

Marketing & Advertising
Campaign: VAN HORN AUCTION GROUP will develop and create an
auction brochure to be circulated to the certain demographical areas needed
to fully expose the auction sale, and in a collaborative effort with
the seller, will establish and maintain a target market and/or group for a
proper mailing list. All brochures will be proofed and signed by the seller
and VAN HORN AUCTION GROUP will print, handle, post and mail these brochures
to their target markets.

Asset Preparation & Set-Up:
Upon the agreement of our client, VAN HORN AUCTION GROUP will provide
the labor and resources to arrange, set-up, clean, tag and prepare all
assets for sale at the public auction. Staff is also provided to enter the
required information into our auction data base.

Sale Day Staff: A
fully knowledgeable staff is provided for the day of the sale to ensure
proper registration, collection of deposits, auction flow, and check-out and
removal supervision.

Check-Out & Removal
Personnel: VAN HORN AUCTION GROUP will provide a reputable
staff to collect the auction proceeds at the conclusion of the sale and
personnel to supervise the removal process.

Security: If
needed, VAN HORN AUCTION GROUP will provide the security needed for asset
and revenue protection, crowd control and/or parking situations.

Bookkeeping: A
bookkeeper will be provided to ensure proper data entry and cataloging,
during the course of the sale.

Post Auction Reports:
All invoices of expenses for the public auction sale as well as
auction statements, summaries, and buyer reports will be provided with the
payment of auction proceeds.
