is pleased to provide an asset evaluation, with the understanding that this evaluation is for the purpose of conducting an auction sale if such action is forthcoming.

• Auction Evaluation & Proposal: VAN HORN AUCTION GROUP will inspect the certain  premises and evaluate the assets required for auction. A proposal letter will be sent to the client with the evaluation as well as the expenses required to conduct a successful public auction sale. All expenses will be be incurred by VAN HORN AUCTION GROUP and be re-paid from the gross proceeds of sale. There is NO out of pocket expense required unless otherwise agreed upon.
