Collateral, etc. and all other legal sales needed to stay within the
boundaries of the law.
EXAMPLE:

"Notice Of Sale Of
Abandoned Personal Property": This notice is used for a
landlord and/or property owner whose tenant(s) have vacated and left
the premises leaving more than $300.00 of assets behind. In this case, VAN
HORN AUCTION GROUP would propose to legally advertise and conduct a
commercially reasonable public auction sale. Debtors are notified with their
last know address and proper legal notices are publish with the correct
information to create a legal auction sale. These advertisements are
published twice in a fifteen (15) day, consecutive period, with the auction
sale being conducted on or after the 5th day from the last publication
