We will sell the boat and trailer, and everything in that unit as lot number (1).
Then we will sell the 2 Sea-Doos, trailer and everything in that unit as lot number (2).
Then we will sell all the furniture in the third storage unit as lot number (3).
If you are the winning bidder, all bills must be paid for in full by wire transfer, by the next day, Wednesday, October 9th, 2024 by 4:00pm.
If the Invoices are not paid by tomorrow at 4:00pm, you will forfeit your $500.00, forfeit your bid, and the asset will be sold to the back bidder, for the previous bid.

Upon completion of the sale, meaning the payment has been made, and the funds have cleared our bank, you will be given the keys to whichever vehicle or vehicles you bought, any and all paperwork we have, and the keys or combination to the storage unit that you purchased.
Depending on which state you decide to Re-Title and Re-Register the vehicles, it will be your responsibility to obtain whatever documentation you need to do that, submit those to the Bankruptcy Trustee and he will sign those documents.
You will have EXACTLY two weeks to either put the storage unit in your name and sign a new rental agreement OR remove the assets and leave the unit empty.
You will not be charged rent during these two weeks, nor will you be responsible for any rent due. The last day to remove or put the units in your name will be Tuesday, October 22nd at 4:00pm.
You will be given the address and telephone number to the facility, you will be given the onsite manager's name, and HE will give you gate access and access to the unit/units you purchased.
No items may be moved or picked-up until your final bill has been paid in full and/or wire transfers have posted in our bank account.
ALL PAYMENTS WILL BE WIRE TRANSFER, NO CREDIT CARDS ARE ACCEPTED!
