VAN HORN AUCTIONS & APPRAISAL GROUP is pleased to provide an asset evaluation, with the understanding that this evaluation is for the purpose of conducting an auction sale if such action is forthcoming.
Van Horn Auction Group will inspect the certain premises and evaluate the assets required for auction. A proposal letter will be sent to the client with the evaluation as well as the expenses required to conduct a successful public auction sale. All expenses will be be incurred by Van Horn Auction Group and be re-paid from the gross proceeds of sale. There is NO out of pocket expense required unless otherwise agreed upon.
